In accordance with the law, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must notify Montini Paris by email at hello@montiniparis.com. The products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

You have 14 days to return your order from the date of receipt. You can request an exchange or a refund.

NB: From November 15 to December 31, this period is extended to 45 days.

Returns are free for the first time within mainland France (excluding orders benefiting from commercial offers). For international orders, the return is the customer's responsibility.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. Montini Paris cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery. Transport risks are borne by the customer from the moment the items leave Montini Paris's premises.

Once the order is placed, it will be shipped within 3 working days. The following delivery times will then apply:

Metropolitan France - free delivery for purchases over €50.

Delivery time: Colissimo Domicile, average delivery time 2 business days. Delivery costs are partially or fully free the first time only. In the event of a package being reshipped due to a customer error, the customer must pay the actual delivery costs .

International - Delivery time: EU, average delivery time 3-5 days; International, average delivery time 3-9 days.

NB: These deadlines may be extended during the holiday season.
