Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the Montini Paris website. By confirming your order, you unreservedly accept the conditions below.

Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Montini Paris.

Article 2: Products

Montini Paris offers silk scarves and accessories. The essential characteristics of the products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Product photographs are not contractually binding.

Article 3: Price

Product prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Montini Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Delivery costs are specified at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4: Order

The order is validated when the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions by checking the box provided for this purpose and confirms their order. An order confirmation email is sent to the customer. Montini Paris reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, particularly if the quantities ordered are abnormally high for buyers who are consumers.

Article 5: Payment

Payment for purchases is made by credit card via a secure system, or by any other method offered on the site. The debit is made at the time the order is validated.

Article 6: Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. Montini Paris cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery. Transport risks are borne by the customer from the moment the items leave Montini Paris's premises.

Article 7: Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, the customer must notify Montini Paris by email at hello@montiniparis.com . The products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 8: Guarantees and liability

Montini Paris is committed to delivering products that comply with current legal and regulatory requirements. In the event of a defective product, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Montini Paris cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered; it is the customer's responsibility to verify the import or use of the products.

Article 9: Personal data

The information collected is subject to computer processing for the purpose of order management and improving the quality of services. In accordance with the law, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and oppose any personal data concerning them.

Article 10: Intellectual Property

All elements of the Montini Paris website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Montini Paris. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual, or audio.

Article 11: Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
